FIRST PRINCIPLES 1a - First Principles

Sermon synopsis: The writer to the Hebrews, in chapter 5:11 to chapter 6:3, lays out the first principles of the Christian faith. In reading these verses it is quite clear that the writer was teaching that we should master the first principles and then move on to maturity. Many Christians however, have never really built that firm foundation of the first principles and so cannot really grow to maturity. This study, “The Importance of Good Foundations”, is the first in a series of seven studies which will help believers to be ready for more mature teachings.
